"Don't let your dreams be dreams." I don't know who actually wrote those words. If I understand correctly, Shia LaBeouf was just reading a script. Whoever it was, they're right. We shouldn't just let our dreams be dreams, but we should dare to dream of ALL the possibilities for future video games and at least vocalize that SOMEONE should make them a reality.
Sad times are sad, but I greatly appreciate the positives that come from them. It's moments like this (Satoru Iwata's passing) that I see an extraordinarily unified, positive message coming from the internet about video games. Things like this bring us together in a way that nothing else can. Let's not be too quick to forget these moments that expose the gratefulness we have for this industry and the people that have pioneered it.
Unity through tragedy.

The title pretty much says it all. I talked to DrinkBox Studios' Jason Canam about Guacamelee! and humor in video games.
Oh, hey! This blog is going to be pretty short on text, but I think it's worth posting. I'm part of the Facebook group called, "I Watched The Entire Overblood Super Replay." Perhaps you've heard of it. Heck, maybe you're even part of it. If so, HIGH FIVE! Anyways, as some of the members of Overblood know, a lot of side groups have been created out of that group. One of those groups is called, "The Hollow Hangout." This gang of miscreants (including Game Informer's own Dan Tack) is dedicated to talking about FromSoftware's Souls games. It won't be long before we're talking about Bloodborne too!
Gibbs Rainock is being summoned into another world as a phantom......
