So I'm trying to switch to digital and I'm trying to do the set up subscription thing in the Manage Subscriptions area in my account settings, but when I put in all the info it says it can't find my subscription. I tried my email, Gamestop Power Up Rewards number, and subscription number.
Maybe it's because I work in customer service, but I hate calling customer service, so I was wondering if anyone here had input.
Customer service has the ability to manually link as well as look you up on other credentials. That's really your best bet.
I put in an email but still haven't heard anything. Are they backed up right now? I know the holiday is crazy all over
