I am trying to access my digital versions of my gameinformer and I am getting an error when I try to log in. I have tried multiple browsers on my computer and my tablet without any luck. I have not accessed the site since I converted to digital so I am trying to access issues since last June. Please let me know what I need to do as soon as possible.
Your email on here has to be the same as the one you used when you signed up for your power up rewards card. Check that first
They are the same. The email is the only one that I ever use.
I keep getting the page showing a sign in error with several options to fix. None of them seem to work.

I cannot gain access to the magazine. I made sure my e-mail was correct, and followed the link from the e-mail I recieved. What am I doing wrong? I keep getting the subscribe screen.
I signed in just fine but beyond that all i get is a blank black screen. anyone wanna help explain why I can't use my android app
ive had the same problem. eve since the April issue, ive been getting the notificationof resetting my account. now that I did,I lost all my previous issues in my library, and thwarted only issue could dl is December. the Game informer app just lost my entire library. hope they fixing the problem.
Same here.. so over this bs call them for info and I got o o o sorry working on it! Well Im about done not worth all this trouble! I'm not happy!
@Lelouch, we've changed our subscription system recently and added the ability to manage your subscription on gi.com. However, you have to link it to your subscription. You can do that by going to Settings::Manage Subscriptions. It'll ask you for your zip code. Then it'll ask you for either your email, subscriber number (found on the mailing label on the back of your magazine) or your Loyalty Number which is your Power Up Rewards number. If the system can't find you, it'll ask you for your street address. If it still can't find you, you'll have to call customer care for assistance. I know it's additional steps. It was the best that we could do for right now to enable subscribers to manage their subscriptions on line. Please bare with us, it's a work in progress.

hey im wondering if you could help me. ive signed up for the online mag almost a year or two (cant recall exact) but i get the emails.when i go to the app GI it says it successfully signs me in but cant find my account. can you please help me out. i only bring it up now because ive been intrigued by the newest tech and im a tech freak..can ou help?
