Arcade Phenomenon To Nintendo Switch: Killer Queen’s Road To Success
On this week's episode of The Game Informer Show podcast, we ranked our five favorite arcade games of all time. For an episode that almost exclusively focused on arcades, it's impossible to ignore the thriving barcade scene and the rising star of the show: Killer Queen. With Killer Queen Black releasing this winter on Nintendo Switch, Steam, and shortly after that on other consoles, it's a good time to learn the history of the arcade phenomenon. In the excerpt from The GI Show above, Ben Hanson interviews the game's original creators Nik Mikros and Josh DeBonis as well as Killer Queen Black's developer Matt Tesch from Liquid Bit.
