Ultratron
Puppygames is known for its send-ups to classic arcade games, but many of their titles have been exclusive to PC. Now, the studio has teamed up with Curve Digital to bring the twin-stick shooter Ultratron to home consoles early next year.
Ultratron is set in a dystopian future where robots have eradicated all human life. Players will control a humanoid battledroid as they set out to avenge humanity. The shooter evokes classic arcade games of days past like Robotron. Matches play out in colorful arenas as players gun down evil robots, grabbing upgrades and cash along the way.
Ultratron is set for an early 2015 release on Xbox One, Wii U, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita. Check out the video and gallery to preview how the game plays.
