Halo: The Master Chief Collection
Halo and Halo 2 received extra exclusive maps and weapons when they made their way to PC, and that content will be making its way to Halo: Master Chief Collection on Xbox One.
In an FAQ recently posted on Halo Waypoint, 343 Industries confirmed that the exclusive maps will appear in Master Chief Collection, and will be available in both matchmaking and custom games. Halo PC's Flamethrower or Fuel Rod Gun will also be in the game, but can be turned off in the "classic" game mode.
343 Industries also plans to reveal more about how the original Halo's inclusion in the game soon with video. Most of its coverage so far has focused on Halo 2. For more on Halo: Master Chief Collection, check out our report from PAX here.
