Kickstarter That Makes Cute Dog Miniatures For Your D&D Games Blows Past Goal

by Javy Gwaltney on Jul 19, 2018 at 11:20 AM

You know what Dungeons & Dragons needs? Dogs. At least, that's what Animal Adventures: Tales Of Dungeons and Doggies pitched in its crowdfunding campaign to bring tabletop players all over the world an array of cute dog figurines combining various breeds with classic role-playing classes. It looks like they're not wrong either: the campaign has made its pledge goal of $19,000 several times over and is resting, at the time of this writing, at $137,000.

There's only one pledge tier. It gets you everything the campaign has to offer, which includes 12 dog figurines, 1 exclusive figurine to the Kickstarter, PDFs for a one-off game if you need to find something to play with your brand new figurines. The whole kit and caboodle will run you $35. Delivery is expected May 2019.

Here's a look at several figurines in the set:

You can find the rest of the figurines, featuring such delights as Pomeranian monks and Husky paladins, here on the Kickstarter page.
