Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition Goat Flies Onto Steam This Week
Like the games that inspired it — most notably Super Metroid and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night — Guacamelee! is the kind of game that's infinitely replayable, whether you're shooting for a 100-percent completion percentage or aiming for the fastest time. If you're looking to try the game for the first time or go for another round, Drinkbox Studios announced today that Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition will be available on Steam on Thursday, August 21.
New to the Steam release is Steam Workshop support in the form of a costume editor, trading cards, as well as some undisclosed content planned for future updates. Those who already own the Gold Edition of the game can purchase the new version for the discounted price of $4.99, while new players can pick get 10 percent off the game's $14.99 price tag during its first week of release.
