Red Dead Online Halloween Event Lets Loose Zombies
Red Dead Online is the latest game to get into the Halloween spirit, so naturally, that means that zombies are crashing the party. From new horse masks to a Zavala machete, things are getting spookier over in the good 'ol Wild West.
The new update adds a new Halloween Pass that allows for unique items to equip for 20 ranks. From Halloween-inspired costumes to chilling new weapon looks, there are a few ways to celebrate this festive October holiday.
For Naturalists, the Halloween event gives a chance to hunt down the Nightwalker Panther as well as the albino Ghost Panther as well.
A new mode is also added with the Halloween update and brings with it zombies. Called Dead of Night, the new mode is a 4v4 deathmatch game type that will task cowboys to fight and survive against waves of zombies. But it wouldn't be PvP if it was just against zombies; players will also have to survive against the opposing team as well.
For those that want to opt into the Halloween Pass purchasable upgrade, here is what is included in that bundle that is available now until November 16 (courtesy of Rockstar):

- Gothic renovation of the Moonshine Bar
- Mystical variations of full weapons
- New rewards
- Filters for the Photo Mode
- Unannounced extras
