Microsoft's Project Scorpio Is Now Xbox One X
Launching November 7, the Xbox One X features the most powerful specs in the company's history, which you can find in our previous story. These specs allow the console to run the Xbox One's current library of games with faster load times, improved anisotropic filtering, and supersampling, which means the console's current games will look sharper on 1080p televisions.
The company also revealed a number of other features for the console. All of the Xbox One's current accessories will have HDR, Dolby Atmos, and 4K UHD Blu-Ray support. Finally, the console will also be smaller than the previous iteration of the Xbox One, the S.
The console sounds plenty powerful, though I should hope all of our accessories carry over, considering this is still an Xbox One. Hopefully, Microsoft follows up the strength of the console with a strong lineup of games.
