Offensive Combat Redux Making A Comeback This Year On PC

by Jordan Leendertsen on Mar 22, 2017 at 08:00 AM

Announced today by Swedish developer Three Gates AB, free-to-play browser based shooter Offensive Combat is due to make a comeback sometime later this year in the form of Offensive Combat: Redux. The game is being published by Slapshot Games, and is going to nix the free-to-play model in favor of a standard release. You can look at a teaser for Redux down below.

Offensive Combat made waves for it's irreverent humor and old-school sensibilities before being suddenly shut down in 2014, despite having a fairly dedicated following. While there isn't a current console version planned, Three Gates AB is open to the possibility after Redux launches on PC. There isn't a definite release date quite yet, but Three Gates is planning to put Offensive Combat Redux on the market in the next few months.
