Bandai Namco Confirms God Eater 2, Tales Of Berseria, More For Western Releases

Bandai Namco announced a number of games for Western release at the Jump Festa expo in Japan this weekend. The publisher has confirmed a number of titles that will make their way to Europe and North America, though not all are yet confirmed for 2016.

The list below reflects new announcements. These are in addition to Ni no Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom and Ace Combat 7 announced at PSX.

• JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven (PS4)
• God Eater: Resurrection (PS4, Vita, PC - 2016)
• God Eater 2: Rage Burst (PS4, Vita, PC - 2016)
• Tales of Berseria (PS4, PC)
• Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme VS-Force (Vita - 2016)
• One Piece: Burning Blood (Xbox One, PS4, Vita, PC - 2016)

Our Take
Bandai Namco seems to not only be favoriting PlayStation 4 for its localized eastern games, but is also pushing harder on PC. It’s hard to believe that just a few years ago, some were lamenting the imminent death of PC gaming. Now, we’re seeing more traditional console offerings making their way to that platform.
