Evil Geniuses Win Dota 2's The International Tournament And $6.6 Million
For the first time in the tournament's short five year history, an American team has taken home the top prize.

Evil Geniuses defeated CDEC Gaming from China in Dota 2's The International tournament which marked the biggest prize pool for any eSports event in history. Evil Geniuses took home $6,616,014 of the $18 million prize pool and CDEC Gaming won $2,848,562.
