Blizzard Teases Character Reveal For Team Shooter Overwatch

Blizzard has tweeted an image of what appears to be a magazine cover via its Overwatch account. The image includes a silhouette of a person, but we suspect that will change in the coming days.

There is a QR code in the bottom right hand corner of the image. When scanned, it says “Together we are strong.”

Hopefully this means that we’ll be getting more video of the title. Overwatch was announced (and playable) at Blizzcon in late 2014. You can read our impressions here.

Whether Blizzard sticks with the name isn’t yet known, as the company’s trademark has been contested. You can read more about that here.

Our Take
Overwatch has a great aesthetic and looks to be a lot of fun. I’m eager to try it myself, or in the absence of that, know when I’ll be able to get my hands on it.
