In general, video games based on movies are terrible – but there are a few gems. What are your favorites?
We asked the reverse of this question a few months ago with our What's Your Favorite Video Game Movie? discussion. To date, there really haven't been any standout movies based on video game franchises, but there are few video games based on movies that have turned out well. Spider-Man 2 comes to mind when this topic comes up, but another game based on a Marvel film, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, also turned out pretty well. It was actually much better than the film.
