Two People Now Own This Custom Skyrim Xbox 360

by Andrew Reiner on Aug 27, 2011 at 12:43 PM

As we speak, Todd Howard is giving PAX attendees a walkthrough of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim in the Unicorn theater. In addition to seeing the game in action, two of the people in attendance will walk away with the coolest custom Xbox 360 I've ever seen. In the video game world, getting one of these machines is comparable to catching Derek Jeter's 3,000th hit. I hope Bethesda has security on hand to walk these lucky winners out of the theater.

There is hope for all of us, too. Bethesda says that it worked with Microsoft to create "a handful of limited edition consoles for fans." Technically, only one 360 can fit into a person's hand, but if Bethesda is talking numbers, that means that the company has a few more to give away. And here's the tease straight from the horse armor's mouth: "Between now and 11.11.11, we'll share details on other ways to win." Or, Bethesda, you could just give me one. We'll fill you in on these "other ways" when we learn of them.
