Blog Herding took an unexpected hiatus last week due to illness, but we're back on track with another collection of intriguing posts from the community.
Community Blogs For March 2 – March 15:
Personifying
My Persona 4 Experience
Attackcobra loves Japan. So it only makes sense that Persona is another love.
Here our blogger writes about enjoying a contemporary Japanese setting. It's a
good thing Cobra's confusion over the series didn't prevent him from trying it.
Everything
Wrong With Doom 2016
StarterPack gives us a rundown of the flaws he found in the latest Doom – a game
he loved. They aren't huge grievances, but it's a good, personal look at a game
that was well hyped when it released.
The
Joy Of A Boy – 200th Blog Special
GerardoExber reflects on his time blogging after reaching a milestone 200th blog. It's crazy to think he's written that much in such a short time, but also
super cool. Thank you for the dedication, and, once again, another personal
story about yourself and gaming.
Some
Spoiler-Free Musings On Breath Of The Wild
The latest Zelda game has been amazing, and Haley Shipley – a longtime Zelda
fan – is here to offer her thoughts on Nintendo's latest blockbuster. She
really enjoys it, basically. I do too, and I highly recommend this game to
everyone.

Zombie's
Nier: Automata Review
It seems like the new Nier is a love-it-or-hate-it game, but zombierecon is in the love-it
camp. He writes, "Automata really resonated with me, which is no surprise given
that its predecessor did the same."

Writing Challenge: Game-Based Seasons? I Don't Think So
Blogger GerardoExber doesn't game according to release schedules. I see why he
doesn't. Catching up on a backlog, waiting for games to go on sale, and a list
of other reasons keep many gamers playing a plethora of eclectic games over the
years.
Writing Challenge:
Do you game when you're sick? I've tried to play a little bit of Breath of the Wild, but it's hard to concentrate when my mind is muddled and I long for the sweet release of sleep (and a comfy bed with my cat). However, maybe you have a feel-good game that takes the place of a bowl of chicken noodle soup when you're sick. Share your creative take on the topic with the community by writing a blog today!
