Monster Hunter: Rise Arrives In March On Nintendo Switch

by Liana Ruppert on Sep 17, 2020 at 09:09 AM

After several rumors 'arose' earlier this week, Nintendo has confirmed during a recent Direct Mini that Monster Hunter: Rise is indeed coming to Nintendo Switch in March of next year. Even better? You can pet the dog!

With the expected setting of Japan for the upcoming game, Nintendo has confirmed that monsters such as Tetranadon, Great Izuchi, Magnamalo, and Aknosom are set to return. Players can even ride a dog, and, of course, pet the goodest of good boys too.

The upcoming Monster Hunter: Rise title is poised to launch on March 26, 2021 for Nintendo Switch fans, giving yet another incredible Monster Hunter experience for fans to dive into. With the incredible success of Monster Hunter: World and the ease of travel that is allowed thanks to the hybrid console's very nature, this is a big win for both longtime fans of this series and newcomers that are interested in joining the fight.
