Entei And Raikou Pounce As April's Free Legendaries For Pokémon Sun And Moon
Another month means more legendary Pokémon for Sun and Moon. Last month saw the debut of the dimensional dragons Dialga and Palkia at GameStop, Target stores will be hosting the distribution from April 22-29 of two Pokémon from the legendary beast trio: Raikou and Entei. Depending on which versions of the game you bring with you, their levels, movesets, and held items will change.
Pokémon Ultra Moon - Raikou (Level 100)

Pokémon Moon - Raikou (Level 60)

- Crunch
- Thunder Fang
- Discharge
Pokémon Ultra Sun (Level 100)

Pokémon Sun (Level 60)
- Stomp
- Bite
- Swagger
- Lava Plume
The Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon versions of Raiku and Entei come with the abilities Pressure and the Gold Bottle Cap, whereas the regular Sun and Moon versions have the same abilities yet no held items. European players will be able to receive the legendary duo from April 4 to 25 as online Mystery Gifts. Canadian players will receive codes from the Pokémon Trainer Club newsletter, which you can sign up for here.
Next month will see the introduction of Yveltal and Xerneas, but as to where they'll be distributed and for how long remain disclosed for the time being. You can watch a video of Gamefreak developers discussing the two legendaries' specialties below.
