First-Person Servers, FOV Slider Coming In PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds Update

First-person servers are officially coming to PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds in the game's next monthly update, along with an FOV slider designed to help players who suffer from motion sickness.

According to a tweet from the game's creative director, first-person will be coming to European and North American servers first, in solo and duo games. Once it's been ironed out, it'll arrive in other regions. Players will be able to play with the new perspective or stick to the game's traditional third-person camera.

 

Our Take
The game is tense enough, even with the ability to whirl the camera around to see if someone's sneaking up on you. I can only imagine how much more stressful it'll be in first-person...
