Valve Accepting Applications For The Steam Controller Developer Edition
If you're a developer looking to design your game around the Steam Controller, Valve is now accepting applications to receive one.
You can find the application here. The form asks about the game you're working on, your company, you're expected release date, and a few other items.
If you're not a developer, but are interested in getting a Steam controller, you can pursue the normal pre-order routes here. The controller will be available November, 10 for $49.99. For more on the Steam Controller, head here.

As a long-time console player who prefers the ease of the controller over the keyboard, I'm looking forward to trying out the Steam Controller. Valve has rarely disappointed in its software endeavours, so I am optimistic about its hardware endeavours.
