EverQuest's City of Tides
To tease the upcoming EverQuest: Veil of Alaris expansion, SOE has sent out this video showing Sarith, the City of Tides.
The video features game designer Justin Deeb and environmental artist Bob Painter talk about the architecture and inspiration for Sarith. The port city not only contains the usual coastal trappings, but it's surrounded by its own web of politics and squabbling factions, not to mention a giant tidal wave frozen in time with powerful magic.
The Veil of Alaris Expansion, due out in November, features a new continent shrouded in mist, 12 new zones, raises the level cap to 95, and more.
