Reader Discussion: Is Virtual Reality The Future Of Computer Interactivity?

During today’s Oculus Connect event, the company spoke in grandiose terms about the future of virtual reality and how it will influence the way we interact with technology. What do you think?

Oculus certainly made some good points during its keynote about how virtual reality will allow us to interact with digital worlds – both from an entertainment and a practical perspective – in ways we never have before, but whether or not it will change the future in a radical way is something we won’t know until the technology is widely available and a major part of our technology collections.
