The Sims Medieval Gets A Big Story, Treasure, And Torture

by Tim Turi on Jul 07, 2011 at 10:30 AM

Today at the EA press conference in Redwood Shores, CA, the company revealed some new info about an adventure pack for The Sims Medieval. Named Pirates & Nobles, the expansion will allow players to take part in the largest story in the Sims universe yet, play with pet birds, and finally use professional tools for torturing their Sims.

EA promises “a story of love, war, and redemption” in Pirates & Nobles. The adventure pack is all about the clash of the warring factions of pirates and nobles. Pirates can even recruit parrots to pester their enemies, and nobles can use the more regal falcon to help friends.

As in any game with pirates, treasure hunting will also play a big role. Sims will use special shovels and maps to discover rarities, which they can use to augment their characters or decorate their world.

The Sims Medieval: Pirates & Nobles Adventure Pack will be out next month.
