EA’s Dead Space Gets Sabotaged

by Ben Reeves on Aug 02, 2010 at 09:15 AM

EA was pretty marketing friendly with the first Dead Space, releasing a variety of various media tie-ins to coincide with the first title. The publisher hasn’t changed it’s approach with the sequel, but it’s seems there might be one product yet to come that we haven’t heard of yet. EA recently registered the trademark Dead Space Sabotage.

Website Superannuation noticed that EA trademarked deadspacesabotage.com late last week. This is the first that we’ve heard about anything called Dead Space Sabotage. We already know that EA has a comic (Dead Space Salvage), a novel (Dead Space Martyr), a pre-release downloadable game (Dead Space Ignition), and an animated feature (Dead Space Aftermath). So what could Dead Space Sabotage be? A new Wii game? An iPhone app? A made for TV movie starring John Ratzenberger? The world may never know.

Actually, we’re pretty sure EA will tell us sooner or later. Hopefully sooner.
