For Honor's Season 5 Begins With Apollyon's Legacy Event
Late last month, the long-awaited arrival of dedicated servers to For Honor (coming February 19) was announced alongside details pertaining to season five. New cosmetics and substantial training modes were already unveiled, but with this new "Age of Wolves" season starting today, a limited-time mode called "Test Your Metal" has been announced.
The mode is an Elimination-style match where four players take on the bosses of For Honor's campaign. There will be a series of bosses to fight every week, and the more times you win rounds against them, the tougher they are to slay. You'll have access to the mode until March 8.
As for those cosmetics, you'll find that you can earn the ""I Am War!" emote, two color swatches (Blackstone Elite and Iron Legion), Apollyon's Might embossing, Apollyon-themed weapons and the Age of Wolves Battle Outfit." However, if you'd rather have it all in one sitting, the Apollyon Bundle will be available on February 22 and run you 25,000 Steel / $19.99 (but will adjust in price accordingly if you already have some of the items).
