by Brian Shea on Jan 11, 2016 at 01:26 PM

The world is currently mourning the loss of visionary musician David Bowie. Though best known for his classic albums like Hunky Dory and The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars, Bowie had a brief intersection with the games industry, as he composed the soundtrack for Quantic Dream's Omikron: The Nomad Soul.

Appearing in a press conference in promotion of Omikron: The Nomad Soul before its release, the legendary singer spoke about what it's like composing for a video game, as well as his history with the medium. He also shares a humorous confession about his feelings toward Lara Croft.

You can watch the brief press conference below.

Bowie's music has appeared in several video games from music titles like Guitar Hero and Rock Band to action releases like Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. In addition to composing the soundtrack for Omikron: The Nomad Soul, Bowie also appeared in the game as multiple characters.
