by Mike Futter on Oct 02, 2014 at 04:11 AM

It’s October, which makes it the perfect time for more zombies. Telltale has announced that The Walking Dead Season 2 has retail release dates for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and Vita.

Clementine’s continuing adventures will be available at retail on October 21 for Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, and PS3. Vita owners will be able to pick up a copy on November 4.

If you’re behind and need to start from the beginning on Xbox One or PlayStation 4, Season 1 will be available at retail starting on October 14. All five episodes plus the 400 Days bridge episode are included.

We’ve reached out to Telltale to inquire about retail releases on Xbox platforms. We’ll update should we receive a response. For more horror, check out our October Horror Issue coverage.

Update: Xbox One and 360 release dates have been confirmed to be the same as PlayStation systems. This story has been updated to reflect the new information.

Our Take
I’m behind on The Walking Dead, having finished Season 1 and 400 Days on Xbox 360. I adored it and have been lax in catching up, but I hope to remedy that soon. 'Tis the season for horror, after all.
