Hello Games Readying Joe Danger Infinity For iOS
Hello Games is riding high off its announcement of No Man’s Sky at VGX earlier this month. The studio hasn’t forgotten the goofy Joe Danger, though. A new title in that series is coming to iOS soon.
Joe Danger Infinity takes the stunt riding concepts featured in the previous titles and blends them with an endless runner. In addition to Joe, players can assume the identities of over 20 new characters.
The story (yes, there’s a story) is that a magic gumball machine brings toys to life. Instead of race tracks and cityscapes, Joe and friends will be racing across bedroom floors just like Hot Wheels cars.
Hello Games expects to continue to add to Joe Danger Infinity, though when it releases “really soon,” it will include twenty new vehicles including airplanes, a tank, and a runaway firework. As soon as we know a release date and price, we’ll let you know.
Our Take
I love Hello Games previous Joe Danger titles, and the studio’s iOS version is fantastic. I’m eager to get my hands on this as soon as it’s released. There are a lot of endless runners on iOS devices, but I’m willing to give anything Joe Danger a try.
