Hitman: Absolution Agent 47 Actor Revealed
Longtime fans of the franchise should recognize the actor returning to play Agent 47.
David Bateson has voiced Agent 47 since 2000 when he played the titular character in the original Hitman: Codename 47, and Square Enix confirmed today that the actor is returning for the upcoming Absolution. Previous reports suggested that Bateson had been abruptly dropped from the franchise, but the development team appears to have had a change of heart.
Square Enix is bringing in William Mapother (Ethan on Lost) to further flesh out Agent 47 through extensive motion capture work.
