Namco Bandai Announces Knights Contract
The third-person action game will hit PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 some time in 2011. It's set in medieval times and stars two protagonists – immortal executioner Heinrich and resurrected witch Gretchen – who must somehow work together to "return civility to the land."
Heinrich is basically invincible and wields a big ol' scythe, but it sounds like he has to protect Gretchen from harm the entire game. She somehow has this guy under her control to help take down supernatural monsters, and the bad guy is named Dr. Faust. Combos and finishers have been promised as well.
Okay, so there's not a lot of info out there right now, but Namco Bandai did provide a surprising amount of screens for your viewing pleasure. What do you guys think?
