Key Nintendo Exec Resigns

by Bryan Vore on Nov 24, 2009 at 07:00 AM

Nintendo of America vice president of corporate affairs, Denise Kaigler, has resigned from the company after almost two years in the position. Kaigler says she left to spend more time with her family in New England.

Nintendo fans may recognize Kaigler from her first big E3 press conference appearance as the marimba player in Shigeru Miyamoto’s Wii Music ensemble in 2008.

Kaigler came to Nintendo after a 16-year stint working at Reebok, when she replaced Perrin Kaplan. Nintendo has not yet announced Kaigler’s replacement.
