Team Game Informer Raised Over $51,000 For Extra Life 2016

Autumn is a special time for the gaming community, where an event known as Extra Life brings together gamers everywhere to raise money for children's hospitals. This year Game Informer is live streaming dozens of fun games for 25 hours from 8am to 8am CT November 5th-6th on our Twitch and Youtube channels to raise money for Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare.
We have a mountain of gaming items to auction off, including limited edition systems, figurines, controllers, and full games. We're also going to be playing some really great games and throwing in shocking surprises and revelations along the way. If you'd like to help raise some money for the kids, you can head to our donation page and also make yourself eligible for some awesome rewards.

5pm - Halo 1 and 2 Multiplayer (Donate to play private matches with us)
6pm - Mass Effect 2 ending suicide run (Donors choose which character does what)
8pm - Overwatch (Donate to play private matches with us)
9pm - Donor's Choice (We'll play 30 minutes of whatever game generous donors decide on)
10pm - Nickelodeon Guts/American Gladiators Tournament
11pm - Dead Rising 2 co-op with Capcom's Tim Turi
12am - Jackbox Party Pack 3
2am - The Wild West's Best Games - Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, Sunset Riders, Red Dead Redemption
3am - Karaoke Jukebox (Donors choose who sings what)
4am - Kinect's Worst Games (Donors choose who plays)
4am (Daylight Saving Time ends) - Competitive Pictionary (Donors choose what we draw)
