Heroes Of The Storm Winter Veil Event Adds Christmas Skins, Mounts, And Bundles
Not to be left out of Blizzard's annual holiday cheer, Heroes of the Storm is having its annual Winter Veil event, which will add a number of new skins and let players claim a special mount for their characters.
Running from December 14 through January 4, the event offers players who finish 25 games during that time period of a free Festive Treasure Goblin Mount, as well as snowflake portrait for their profile. The Goblin Mount was available last year as a seasonal bonus to all players, but can be earned permanently this time around. The event also offers all players and additional 25 percent experience after every match.
The shop will also be stocked a pair of holiday-themed bundles. The "Winter Veil 2016 Bundle" will include a snowflake mount, the characters Lunara, and Nazeebo, and new holiday-themed outfits for both of those characters. The "Winter Veil Classic Bundle" Will include four characters, their old holiday skins, and a Reign-Deer mount.

Our Take
I recently dove back into Heroes of the Storm in order to get the cross-promotional Genji Skin and really enjoyed my time with it, even if I did just play 30 bot matches with my brother. Since I don't have to have a buddy with me this time around, I may actually go into real matches and see how the game's evolved. And since the Winter Veil and Nexus events end at the same time, anyone who hasn't gotten their Overwatch skin should definitely jump in now.
