Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel's Moon Shot

As the title implies, Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel explores the area between the first two games in the series; taking players to Elpis, Pandora's moon. Here, even the laws of low gravity can't prevent you from having a good time.

The developers at 2K Australia use the moon's low gravity to their advantage, suiting the title's gameplay to floaty jumps. The game also introduces new weapons like a laser weapon and cryo gun, which can be seen in the second part of the game's four-part making of series.

Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel is out on October 14 for the Xbox 360, PC, and PlayStation 3.

  • You know this game is going to be just like Borderlands 2 except with low gravity, but I don't care. I loved Borderlands 2, so I know I will like this game. The new characters look really good so far, but Nisha will be my first pick.
  • Man I'm so excited for this. I really hope 2K Australia can make a borderlands game on par with Borderlands 2 and maybe better. I'm just excited for this.

  • It's just so same looking as the rest... Making me want to yawn.
  • I LOVED BL2! I wish I could figure out why I can't get excited for this...

  • I can't bring myself to pay $60 for a game on last gen anymore. Plus after they said that they wanted to keep it on 360/ps3 so the whole story was on one generation of consoles, then came out and said they're also putting it out on linux instead of current gen pretty much made me feel like they're nothing but bold faced liars. Sorry for the hate but, if your going to make comments like that you better not contradict them later on.
  • FINALLY. some info on the only class I wanna play...Claptrap.What could his action skill be?
  • I can't wait to play this on PC. I have to try to pre-order this before this month ends though. So many great games releasing, and not enough money for them all. The bright side is, my backlog won't be as bad this year, as it was last year.

  • Holy ***, we landed on the moon!
  • I want this game so badly, but I'm not paying $60 for a last gen game. I'll happily pick this up if it's ever ported to PS4, but until then Destiny will have to fill the void.
  • This game and Destiny have much more in common than what it looks...

  • I'm not sure when I'll get to this but I do really want to play it. I finally made the complete move to current-gen and have a PS4 and Xbox One and passed my PS3 along to my Dad....Maybe he'll let me borrow it for this??!?
  • I can't freaking wait for more Borderlands!! AHHHH!! Looks awesome though.
