The lights are on
We now know more about Murdered: Soul Suspect with a new trailer that sets up the story, and shows off a little but of gameplay. The game was teased earlier this year with only its title.
It looks like a cross between Indigo Prophecy and L.A. Noire, with a little but of Ghost Trick thrown in for good measure. You take on the role of Ronan O’Connor, a detective who loves to narrate his adventures – as all good noire detectives do. O'Connor must solve the case of his own murder by reading the minds of those in the living world while he explores as a bullet-ridden ghost.
You can check out the trailer below. Murdered: Soul Suspect is set for release on current-gen consoles in early 2014.

I'm intrigued. Waiting to see more
looks very interesting will have to keep hold of my 360 for a good while it seems.
Looks decent imo. Ghost Trick really comes to mind here as Kyle already pointed out.
It could be interesting. Probably more adventure than action but that's not a bad thing.
Well I am now excited for this game. EXCITEMENT!
This game just looks amazing. I think we can all agree that the premise is great, but has anyone said anything about the look of the game? It's great!
At first, I started thinking it looked kinda like the old west. Then, I saw some of the street lights, and I thought maybe it's the Noir era. But then I see the clothing, and it hits me- this is modern times!
It's a rather cool idea, I think, to have such different looking visual styles going on at the same time!
I'm really intriguing by this game, and have been for awhile. It has no excuse not to be awesome.
I like the looks of this, definitely has a lot of potential.
Woah. I gotta see how this one plays out. Interesting concept. Hopefully the gameplay is just as good.
This looks very awesome but I will be getting an Xbox One and would rather buy a "next-gen" game. Hopefully this will also release for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
This looks pretty good. I love a good mystery. It does remind me of Indigo Prophecy which was awesome.
Looks pretty cool.
This looks like a video game version of The Dresden Files: Ghost Story.
