The lights are on
Following yesterday's reveal of Wolfenstein: The New Order, Bethesda has released the game's debut trailer.
Gamespot has also revealed a few precious details about the game, including the fact that it does not include multiplayer. A video preview on the site goes over the Nazi's conquest of the moon, enemies, weapons, and alternate history where the Nazi's have won WWII.
Wolfenstein: The New Order comes out for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, and the next-gen systems before the end of the year.

Found the music belonged with a Vietnam War era game, but still a good trailer.
Very cool debut trailer. Looks pretty neat.
So does this mean the Nazi's back handed Hitler and told him to shut his face and did things right? Well talk about we're doomed moment. I mean really the Nazi's could have won WWII or if anything Japan never bombed Pearl Harbor and they didn't try to take Russia. So pretty much be....yeah this is a game of a great what ifs.
Awesome debut trailer, can't wait to see more of the game! I like seeing games forgoing a multiplayer to focus on a solid single player campaign. Hope this turns out well.
No multiplayer? An INTERESTING take on Nazi's? Robots? They took over the Moon?
Man, I thought it would take a miracle to make Wolfenstein interesting again after Raven's last take on it. But really, all it took was a bolder, more interesting publisher than Activision :) Once again, Bethesda is sitting on a very promising franchise here... let's hope that Wolfenstein becomes more a Dishonored-type hit than a Rage- or Brink-style underperformer (although to be fair, Rage was much better than anyone assumed it would be. The post-apocalyptic skin really killed enthusiasm for that thing)
Love dramatic teases like these, but I do prefer just seeing some actual characters mess up the place.
I never played the original, but this looks sick.
That was awesome I love to watch well done trailers and that was excellent bad**s and featuring All Along the Watchtower by Hendrix I'm already sold.
Ah yea. This is pretty sweet yea.
I hope its good.
This has me intrigued. Excellent choice in music.
That end screen is awesome. Pretty cool trailer. Let's hope this is better than the last one.
Anyone else get chills when Hendrix started playing? Awesome use of music. Game looks great.
I've never played a Wolfenstein game. This looks really amazing though! No multi-player? Fine with me.
