Not ever playing a bioshock game before, I was very nervous picking the game up. But when I did, it was worth the money. This game just shows you that somethings you cannot survive without. Subject Delta can't survive without Eleanor. But he does. When you have no first aid kits, out of drill fuel, no tommy gun ammo, and not a single hack dart, you begin to feel desperate. FIghting a Big Sister gave me that feeling. Also, the environments and feeling of lonliness by Ken Levine and the rest of the studio was the perfect amount. After hearing that Bioshock 1 was scarier than the 2nd, it makes me wish the game didn't have such a replay effect. I could always expect that 3-5 splicers were around the corner and at the end of every level I'd have to fight a menacing Big Sister. Another minus is that the graphics were good, but could have been better. But then I notice that the game makes me forget about that and focuses me on choosing the question. RESCUE or HARVEST? All have their advantages, which makes it difficult to choose, because sometimes I want to be the BIG and BAD Big Daddy but then I focus on what lies ahead. Also when you can kill innocent citizens of Rapture. But then I wonder, " Where ARE the citizens of Rapture?" Also, the change of pace in multiplayer is a nice change In Bioshock 2. Overall, a game worth buying.
