NBA 2K14 Trailer Introduces Real Voice Interviews

In NBA 2K14 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, real audio from real interviews will be inserted into the game for its Real Voice feature.

In the trailer below you can see a handful of the interviews in all of their next-gen glory. You will also see that in NBA interviews, there are only two poses available: placing your hands on your hips like a superhero, or placing your hands behind your back.

NBA 2K14 will be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on November 15, meaning the game will be a launch title for both consoles. Everything we've seen from the game so far has been an impressive graphical showcase for both Sony and Microsoft's console. You can check out one of the game's previous trailers by heading here.

  • You know players usually stand in other poses while taking interviews....this video was not as impressive of the last few were.

  • The lip syncing looks terrible. The graphics aren't that great either.
  • The player graphics are freaking amazing. I had no idea they were gonna be this good. It was like I was looking at a real life Rick Carlyle(his name is ridiculous to spell) & Lebron. James Harden for President.
  • Over 600 interviews, one pose.
  • I think this is a great addition and will only get better with each addition.

  • This is moving in a nice direction, however they still have a lot to think about - like why is the reporter still wearing the same clothes in each and every single interview? That just takes away even more of the feel of the presentation (just as some mentioned with the same poses and stances). But, this is something Im sure the competition hasn't thought about doing so....
  • Clichefest!

  • even though there hands are always on there hips. i love the fact they have interviews. I really wish EA did this with every sports game

  • I think Kobe looked the least realistic. The interviews aren't a great way to show of the graphics but are an important side of the sport that go a long way to getting the right NBA feel.
  • so damn cool

  • *Puts fists on hips* "Yeah... You know, we just had to go hard and uh, give 100%... You know come strong, we got a great team... Execute." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQGFIMqBvxw
  • And why do all there arms look the same? I know these guys are eating more than that.
  • Pretty cool. Continuing to innovate. 2K

  • I still hope they fixed the broken mechanics, between all this other stuff.

  • I know they're trying to mimic reality... But they're not doing a very good job, players don't get interviewed in the middle of games like this lol... Coaches, do.... but not in the middle of the floor lol
  • Very cool!

  • real voice, not-so-real pose. hmm.

  • That's actually really cool. It's not perfect, but I'm not getting "Uncanny Valley"-type jank from this either. Awesome job, 2K! I hope you guys add this kinda thing to WWE 2K next year now. Interviews are most important to that "sport", right? I mean, where else can you hit someone with a microphone or watercooler? Or throw them into a snack table? Certainly not in the ring! :D
  • That's pretty cool.

  • This is a cool addition but i REALLY hope they finally got another damn voice actor for My Player mode. I can't stand how that dude talks.
