The lights are on
Ubisoft has announced a season pass for Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. The bundle will include Freedom Cry, a story featuring Edward Kenway's second-in-command, Adewale, in addition to other content.
In addition to the Freedom Cry story, the season pass comes with the Kraken ship pack (sail, wheel, and figurehead); new single-player missions, weapons, skins, and collectibles; and more multiplayer characters.
The season pass will cost $19.99, which Ubisoft says is a 20 percent savings over a la carte purchases of the available content. Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag will be out on October 29, 2013, for Wii U, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. Next-gen versions are coming at the launch of the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

One of those instances where I feel it should probably be included on the disk (unless of course it still needs work after the initial release) but I can't resist buying it anyway.
I want AC4 to be a great AC game again and I'm looking forward to it. Adewale's history is probably the only thing I'd be interested in though. For a reason not to buy Season Passes, check out this week's Jimquisition!
Jesus Christ, how much day one dlc is this game going to have?!?!
Awesome.. I'm purchasing this and Shadow fall day 1, still going back and forth as to which one to play first but I have a feeling I'll go with Black Flag.
how come they couldn't just use Achilles??
According to IGN the DLC is not available on Wii U.
Looks pretty badass.
Adewale looks like a badass in these screenshots.
this may be pretty cool, playing as a renegade slave.
