The lights are on
It’s been almost four months since Telltale Games released the first episode of The Wolf Among Us. The wait is almost over, with news that the next episode will be arriving next week.
Episode two, entitled Smoke and Mirrors puts Bigby on the hunt for a killer that has struck too close to home. Mr. Toad, Beauty, Beast, Jack (of beanstalk fame), and more will enter the story.
Smoke and Mirrors is coming to Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and iOS as a $4.99 standalone episode or as part of the season pass. PC and Mac users will have the episode unlocked as part of the season pass when it is available. You can read our review of the first episode to learn more.

Finally. I got the first episode free during the holiday sale and loved it so much that I bought the first trade issue of the comic. Definitely ready for episode 2.
It's been way to long since the first episode. I've been waiting patiently though. After playing the first episode I was hooked. Hope the second episode is on par quality wise as the first was.
I'm actually more excited for this than The Walking Dead.
I really dislike Telltale's episodic release schedule for their last few games. If I'm getting into a game like The Walking Dead, then I want to keep playing it and not stop for two months while I wait for the next episode to come out.
This release schedule means I won't purchase their games until all the episodes come out and by then I can pick it up on Steam for about 1/3 of the original price.
It's about damn time. Four months is not a good period to have to wait for planned episodic content they ought to already have laid out. While it could be a good excuse to do a replay of the first one, that's a lengthy amount of time for the things you saw and did to go forgotten. I really hope they speed up the process after this. I don't think it should be any more than two months apart, max.
I've only waited about 2 months, since I got the game about 2 months ago, but I'm still very happy the wait is almost over. I'm enjoying this more than I enjoyed TWD Season 1 already.
Getting pumped now.
Let's do this!
Man its about freakin time! After the way episode 1 ended (And how they charged me before making it free to download) I've been dying to play episode 2, got the season pass and everything!
took them long enough
Finally!!! I'm ready!!!
I am so excited!!! At the same time though, Telltale has to figure their stuff out because 3+ months for a second episode is just ridiculous.
I can't wait. The ending to the first episode gave me goosebumps. I'm hooked. Telltales has came up with yet another amazing story for us.
