Are classes restricted to certain weapon types? If you pick up a weapon that you really like from a lower level could you keep it even when your a higher level. Maybe you like the way it looks or the special abilities it has or because you went through an awesome adventure to get it or found it along the way so it has some sentimental value?

Will Destiny have different difficulties for the campaign, like Halo's Heroic and Legendary, or will it have a set difficulty?

Is there multiple skill trees for your character like in Borderlands or is each charater have one skill tree they go down?

With the game being a persistent world, how will difficulty levels be handled? Will players on different difficulties be put in separate instances, or will there just be a single default setting with maybe more difficult side missions for those looking for a challenge?

I've heard what remain unconfirmed reports to me that Nathan Fillion will be joining the voice-cast of Destiny. If so, will he be playing a significantly featured role or be lending his likeness to his character?

Will there be a pvp aspect? If so what will it be like? Will it be sort of like being able to queue for battlegrounds in World of Warcraft, or will there be the option to turn PVP on and have the threat of other players being able to kill me anywhere in the world?

Well as a disclaimer I have not received my issue yet, so if this is already covered I apologize. During the Jason Jones interview I believe he mentions that parts of the game will essentially require teamwork (co-op) to beat them. Will these "parts" of the game be part of the core experience or simply side-quests? Will there be any way to cir***navigate this or will the game force you to work together?
