Duke University Ph.D. student David Schwarz has created a device that tracks your brain waves and uses them to play Pong.

Schwarz showed off his device at Duke’s Summer Science Sleuths, a summer program that tries to find ways to encourages high school students to pursue science as a career or a hobby.

The game uses a a headset with with electrodes that touch your scalp. It takes your physical motions and brain activities and translates them into the moving paddle on screen. You don't have to make physical movements for the game to work. You can imagine yourself doing physical movements, but it is considerably more difficult, apparently.
