The lights are on
Dragon's Crown, the upcoming 2D hack-and-slash from Vanillaware and Atlus, has some fantastic art, which is why getting an art book for pre-ordering the game is good news.
The reveal of the art book also brings along with it the box art for the game, which is unsurprisingly very pretty. The art book will include 64 pages of full color art from the game, as well as pieces from other renowned Japanese artists, commissioned to create Dragon's Crown art.
Dragon's Crown is coming to PlayStation 3 and Vita on August 6. Unfortunately, it will not be a cross-buy title. For more on Dragon's Crown, and to see the game in action, you can check out trailers showcasing the Wizard, the Elf, the Fighter, and the Sorceress.

Getting this on my PSVita! Pre-ordering as soon as I can.
Why does August have to be so far away?
This game reminds me of Dungeon Fighter Online, probably one of the best F2P's I ever played. I still think this should have stayed exclusive and unfortunately this is less of a reason for me to get a Vita. Not saying I won't buy one, but I'm not as in much of a hurry to get one.
i think im gonna grab the vita if its not cross buy maybe pick it up for ps3 when it drops in price.
I assume the PS3 version will be the superior version, but I know for sure I will have my Vita after I buy my PS4, not sure if I will still have my PS3.
THE ART IS VERY INTERESTING, HOPE THIS GAME IS AS FUN AS IT LOOKS.
I love this trend of an added bonus (at no extra cost) to encourage gamers to be early adopters. THIS is an example of how developers and publishers can earn goodwill and get their desired sale. Work with your costumers, don't fight them them.
Aw, that's looking pretty sweet!
No cross buy, no buy until price crosses below 30
Definitely getting it, I refuse to pay over 40.00 for a game that's not Battlefield though. So looks like i'm going to wait.
The people who make this game must never get layed
