The lights are on
This year's D.I.C.E. conference was, as it is every year, full of excellent speech's from notable members of the video game industry. In this key note speech, the CEO of Telltale Games, Dan Connors, talks about the success of The Walking Dead, and why episodic gaming works for them.
Connors opens up by admitting that episodic gaming might not be the right release structure for every developer, but he lays out why it works for Telltale Games, and perhaps more importantly, why it lends itself to storytelling.
