The lights are on
It looks as though Ubisoft isn't quite done with Scott Pilgrim. The company has been threatening to release a new batch of DLC for the 2010 game for some time now, and it could be inching forward. Again.
Major Nelson has posted a February 6 release date for the add-on, which includes a playable Wallace Wells character and online multiplayer. It's listed at 160 Microsoft Points ($2). It's not the first time he's posted a release date for the DLC, however.
The last time we'd heard anything about this was a fleeting rumor that the content, was canceled. The comic's creator, Bryan O'Malley, squashed it.
Email the author Jeff Cork, or follow on Twitter, Google+, Facebook, and Game Informer.
Its pretty fun. I would reccommend it if you had some buddies to play it with. Beat em ups are boring solo.
I bet this time it's real. I mean, MN can't be wrong again, can he?
Well let's hope so! This game is such a blast.
Oh, either come out or don't.
Make up your mind.
It's about time
Finished the game recently with three of my friends. Definitely a fun co-op experience. If this DLC comes out, we might have to give it a try...
This game is awesome. So is the soundtrack. IF the DLC does come, I'll buy it.
I'm still excited! Again!
That's bullsh*t. I understand charging for the extra character, but they shouldn't charge for online multiplayer that should have been in the game to begin with.
If the online is random matchs im down. As for friends eh not many of mines had the game.
*sarcasm* Charging people for online multiplayer.... when it shoulda been in the game when it first released. Thats a great idea!
**BRAAAHHHH** Ubisoft, release the DLC already. I want online co-op!
Can't wait. This will make me play this awesome game again.
Such a great book series, and I absolutely LOVED the movie which is very underrated. All in all I also love the game, and would gladly pay a little extra for a character and some online, definitely worth it to me.
