Greetings everyone. I know it's been a while since I wrote anything of substance on the site, so there are likely many of you that don't know or remember me. I used to write on here quite a bit and am even part of the 31/31 club on the site. Sadly, this is not a blog to inform you that I will be blogging here on more of a regular basis. Instead, I'm here to tell you that I recently decided to take the plunge and get involved with writing for a video game news site. Recently, I was informed that Leviathyn was looking for contributors for their website, and I decided to apply. Much to my delight, I was selected, and am now officially part of their Microsoft section, writing opinion pieces, news articles, and reviews. I am joining Eric Watson, Blake Anglin (AKA thegodofwine7), and Tim Gruver over there amongst several other talented writers, so I am very excited about the opportunity.

I've also joined forces with Joshua Dean Monette and Jared Beabout from the "Official Game Informer Fanclub" on Facebook to start recording a podcast called Podcast Unknown. We record every Friday night and usually post that night or the following day. We're always looking for other members of that community to be a guest on the show, so if you are interested, join up and get involved. You can listen to our most recent episode here, where Blake was a guest.

Finally, I wanted to take the time to thank all of you reading this. It's been a long journey for me on this site, and I feel like I've grown as a person and as a writer. Through it all, there have been many of you that have been there for me through hard times and good. I can't thank you all enough for the support and encouragement that you have all provided me. I would particularly like to thank Andy and the rest of the staff for providing this space for us all. Before the re-launch of the site, there were many of us from the old forums that were skeptical and even cynical of what the new blog section for the site might become. Never did I dream that it would become a place where I would meet so people with an interesting takes on the gaming scene and several unique ideas. Many of you I now consider close friends, and I wonder where I would be without this space, where I was able to express ideas, hardships, and triumphs.

To you, dear reader, I hope that you will not see this as a goodbye. Though I won't be able to continue to write original pieces here, I do plan to provide a look into what I am working on now. So, every week, I will post the latest episode of Podcast Unknown here, as well as links to my articles I write. For instance, you can read my review of Max: The Curse of Brotherhood here, my assessment of Games with Gold here, and our site's write up of how we think the Gears of War series will proceed here.

Thank you all again.
