Yep. Collectors Edition showed up day one, and it's so far been a rather enjoyable experience for me.

Really depends on the game and how many times I've played it. If it's a new game I've never played before I'll generally start on easy/normal mode to get a feel for it. Once I've gotten a feel for it I'll up the difficulty. If it's a game I've played before (or if it's very similar to another game I've played) I'll play on normal or greater.

the sequel to that game is pretty easy do to the reaction commands boss battles were fun and enjoyable... with a few exceptions.
