Do you offer a digital version of your print magazine?
Yes, the Google Play Magazine edition is available to all subscribers. See above.
Game Informer is also available on Zinio Newsstand and Kindle Newsstand. The content is a replica of our print magazine. Although they’re two separate products and we can’t merge your subscriber account right now, you could download that app and purchase the single copies while you’re waiting.

After I download the issue, the app reports, "Error processing issue, please download again."
I have a Nook HD+ tablet, does Game Informer support it?
As of July 8, 2013, we no longer officially support the Nook HD+ tablet. However you can still install and run the app at your own discretion. All currently published magazines should be readable.
What Android devices does Game Informer support?
As of June 2013, the Game Informer Android app will run on any Android tablet 1024x768 pixels or higher, running Android OS 3.0 or higher (with exceptions, see above). Please note that for the most optimal viewing experience, a tablet 8.9" or larger is recommended. To determine if the viewing experience is acceptable for you, please download our app and view the December 2012 issue that is currently available for free.
I am stuck on the Help screen.
If you are presented with the Help page when you launch the app, press and hold your finger on the screen until the on-screen menu appears. You will then have the option to go to the store, issue library or sign-in to your account if you are a subscriber.
The magazine does not fit the entire screen.
As of Game Informer app version 1.0.5, your issue should fit the height of your screen. Letterbox on the left and right is normal as our digital magazine's aspect ratio is 4:3.
I have a HD tablet. Why does the content appears soft?
As of Game Informer app version 1.0.5, your issue should scale to fit the height of your screen. Most back issues are published in regular resolution, not HD, so when the content is scaled it will appear soft.
My issue gets stuck importing, or it takes forever to import.
Please check that you have a strong wifi connection and let it run. It will take a while to fully download, as we’ve chosen to embed rich digital media content that pushes up the file size.
I can access the menu, but I am not seeing anything in the store or issue library.
Try clearing the Game Informer application's data and cache in Android's Settings menu. Relaunch the app.
I can't sign in.
Digital subscribers get full access to the Google Play app. If you are a current digital subscriber and have created a username and password on gameinformer.com, here are the steps to see your issues:
1. Tap "My Account" in the menu
2. Sign in with the username and password you created on gameinformer.com
a. If you need help with your password, please click here to have it emailed to you
b. If you need help remembering your username, please call us at 612-486-6100
3. Tap "Sign in"
If you’d like to switch from a Print subscription to Digital, make the change here.
How do I remove issues from the app
Go to the "issues" tab, you will find the "remove issues" button on the upper left. Tab and highlight any issues you want to remove, then tap on the trash icon on the upper right corner. Press done to finish.
I can't bookmark anything.

I have an in-app subscription, but why aren't new issues appearing in the library?
1. Make sure you've updated your Game Informer app to the latest version
2. Launch the app, navigate to the Issue Library and tap on "Missing issues?" under the gear icon. You maybe asked for your login credentials
3. If you do not see new issues in the library, please force quit the Game Informer app (instructions here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5137)
4. Turn off your iPad, power it up and relaunch the Game Informer app. Perform step 2 again
I can't see any Issues.
Once you are signed in (see the "I can’t sign in" help issue below)
1. Tap Issue Library to see all available issues
Note: Since each issue is especially created for the iPad, you’ll see issues beginning with the July 2012 issue moving forward.
What does the "Archive" button do?
The "Archive" button that appears in older versions of the Game Informer app removes that downloaded issue from your tablet. If you want to free up some storage space, or you need to download an updated version of the issue, use this function.
I am stuck on "Loading...".
While this rarely happens unless your Wi-fi reception is poor, if you are stuck on "Loading..." you can try the following:
1. Quit the Game Informer app completely (you can do this by double-tapping the iPad's home button and swiping the Game Informer app's preview). Power off your iPad. Restart, relaunch the app and re-download the issue
2. Uninstall the Game Informer app and reinstall.
How do I access the in-app menu?
Press and hold your finger on the screen. The menu will appear on bottom of the tablet.

I cannot hear sound on the embedded movies.
The most likely reason is the audio on your iPad muted. To check if this is the case, toggle the switch on the upper right side of your ipad. Use the adjacent volume control buttons to turn up the sound until you can hear the videos. If you ipad does not have a physical mute button, please bring up the iOS built-in control center by flicking your finger on the bottom the screen upward, make sure the mute button is disabled

I signed up but I'm not receiving my digital copies.
First, check your junk and spam folders. Subscription emails are sometimes routed there accidentally. Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your Contacts list.
Second, ensure the email you're checking is the same email address you signed up with at the store.
Note: You can always access your digital issues directly at gameinformer.com via the "Magazine > Read Current Issue" menu.
I don't see a launch button. / The digital email brings me to the Subscribe screen. / I'm unable to view my digital copies.
First, ensure you're logged into your Game Informer account.
Second, verify the email associated with your Game Informer account matches the email you signed up for your Digital subscription with. Check that the email your digital notification arrives at and the email associated with your Game Informer account are the same. Steps for updating Game Informer online email can be found here: http://www.gameinformer.com/digimag/faq.aspx.
I forgot my username/password.
Reset your password here as well as view the username associated with your account.
I see a gray screen. / The magazine doesn't load.
First, try an alternate browser such as Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer. Ensure all Adobe Flash components are up to date on any browser you use.
If this does not work, try logging out of your Game Informer account, clear your browser's cookies and cache and logging back in.
I want my digital issue delivered to a different email address.
Email email@example.com and request an email update. Include your complete name, address, the email your digital issues are currently being sent to, and the new email you'd like to use.
If you've tried all of these steps and are still having trouble getting your issues, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your problem.
