Thought it was about time I added a short little bio so here we go:
I'm a 31 year old graphic designer (the header image is mine), who has been gaming sinds I think 1994-ish. Started on a PC, a butch 486 DX 400 Compaq. Played games like Doom, Rott and others. I got a Sega Genesis (Megadrive to me) for my birthday which included the wonderful Aladdin. Added The Lion King and World of Illusion before eventually selling the whole thing.
I went off console gaming and only played on PC for a while till I was given a N64 as a reward for quitting smoking, think I was about 15 at the time. I never really quit though and when my parents found out, gone was the N64. In the short time I had it, I enjoyed Mario 64, Goldeneye, Turok and 1080 Snowboarding most.
I'll speed up now; when I started making some money I bought a Gamecube, sold that a while later and got a PS2. When me and my girlfriend started living together (7,5 years ago) I bought a PS3, and a SNES, Genesis and N64, the last two for nostalgic reasons. Last year I got a PS4 and that's - together still with it's predecessor - used a lot. I've used my PC for gaming less and less and don't play games on it anymore today. Somewhere in these last 7,5 years I bought and sold a Nintendo Wii and 3DS XL.
I don't have a favourite game of all time. One day it's Red Dead Redemption, another it's The Last of Us. Recently it's been Bloodborne, but it changes like the weather. Mostly relatively recent games though, I guess I only truly started appreciating games the last 5 to 10 years.
